POSITIONS


Hugging positions depend on the situation and the place. If you try to hug someone who is 2ft shorter than you, it may be better to hug him / her at a steep hill or stairs when you are standing below him / her. You know, it's not very polite to ask him / her to stand on the chair and then 'perform' hugging.

Of course, you can, may and want to hug in different positions. Try hugging in the bed, upside down, under water, in the air, standing on your hands etc. The only advice is here: "BE aware what you are doing and help your partner(s) to know what this all is about". It's good to learn to your control your body, so go ahead and start attending aerobic classes or just do some gymnastics by yourself. Otherwise you may find yourself in embarrishing situations when you fall on some strangers and they broke their bones.

Please, try to concentrate on your feet and the way how you stand, if you stand so that you don't get numb in lenghtened huggings. Find your own positions, remember everybody else is always wrong (so do we!).
