WHAT TO DO?


Sense your partner's feelings and try to reach perfection in your hugs. In the beginning you may want to analyze your acting, so that you become aware of your motives and of your partner. Later too much of analyzing may lead your spontaneous act of hugging to die out. Take notes of your environment and situations you are in, so that you can notice them next time you hug. Too long hugs in unpleasant environment lead to psychosis. Bad experiences are also present if you act irresponsibly. Please stay out of those.

Feel great about yourself when someone else hugs you (it really may happen that someone respects and appreciates you that much). Natural hugs are very sweet to receive - STAY READY. You don't need to make a theatrical performance out of a hug. It's enough if you live in interaction with your partner. Send and receive messages with your body. Sometimes, it's just fun to vary the messages that you send and see what happens. Don't always end up in failing - making love.
